TOYOTA SUPRA REDESIGN (FRONT): This was a hell of a lot requested so here you go! Let's talk design… The intent for these redesigns is to pay homage to the iconic Supra (A80 model). I do like the design of the new car and I'm sure it will look great in person, but it is quite fussy and I wanted to propose a cleaner look for a more timeless approach. I've simplified the whole fascia by removing the 'nose' of the new model's design and flattened the bodywork around this bonnet/hood area. A single wide front grille is in place and large aggressive air intakes beside this for brake cooling. The outer line of the latter connect to the headlights, which have been simplified to mimic the previous design once again. There is a front splitter which stretches all the way across the front with some additional aero finished in the body colour. I've added a spoiler here again, the design of which this time is different but a familiar look from the previous generation. The side air intake has been enlarged slightly and ride height lowered. And the final touch was to reintroduce the A-pillar in the body colour but have it separated from the bonnet/hood to create a 'floating' aesthetic. Let me know what you guys think below! #Toyota #Supra #Redesign

TOYOTA SUPRA REDESIGN: OK so the NEW Toyota Supra was (finally) revealed a few days ago after so many years of anticipation (since 2002). Fans have been split on the new design and I personally do like it as a standalone car and design – although I do feel like, and can see, where it could've been 'more Supra'. So my render here at the bottom shows how I would've done it. First thing is the addition of a huge spoiler, duh. The tail lights have been totally redesigned to fit in with the style of the previous generation, which was one of the signature design elements on that car. I've simplified the rear bumper and diffuser area with a cleaner break line between body and diffuser so it comes off more naturally from the side skirt and creates the illusion of a sleeker and wider rear. The rear quarter of the side windows have been curved off more, again as a tribute to the previous generation design. I made the car longer so it looks like a bigger car (as was the last Supra) and lowered the ride height. And finally, just had to add that single massive exhaust, offset to an angle in true JDM fashion ??? Let me know what you guys think! #Toyota #Supra #Redesign
